Our Story
We both moved to Canada not knowing what we didn't know. That gap — between what the country actually is and what anyone tells you about it — is why Make That Change was created.
The channel has grown into something we didn't expect: a place for everyone who's curious about Canada. Not just people moving here, but those already here, wondering what their country is becoming. We're here for all of them.
"Five years. One mission: help people understand the Canada they're actually living in."

Moving to Canada in 2008 was massively transformational. I've eventually found my calling as a Technology & Marketing Executive and Entrepreneur.
Over the last 14 years I've launched 20+ digital products, platforms and services using data science and machine learning in some of Canada's most innovative startups. As a serial job hopper and career-ladder climber, I managed my first team at the age of 21. Fast forward to today, I've developed a framework on how to achieve career growth, fast. Mentorship started as a hobby to help my classmates and friends, and by now, I've helped thousands of professionals build their careers in Canada.
I love to hike, climb mountains, keep up with the stock market and watch nerdy documentaries.
I've met so many talented immigrants who struggled finding a good job and adapting to the new life in Canada, so I went above and beyond to help them. Our mission is to help newcomers feel like home in Canada and start building the life they came here for, faster.
We chose the name "Make That Change" as an inspirational call to action for everyone who's brave enough to dare. This is also a line from one of Anna's favourite songs, "Man in the Mirror" by Michael Jackson. 💛
